The breakdown

  1. The reels you saved come first. Claude studies each one frame by frame: the type, where the words sit against the face, every kind of scene, the transitions, the accent colour and the sound. Then it maps them onto a look: the face box, the paper, or a new look built from the nearer one.
  2. Every cut lives in a pause. The take is split into speech at its real pauses and every cut lands inside one. The airport take went from 77.9 seconds to 65.7 without clipping a word.
  3. Every idea becomes a scene. Prompt bars, folders, polaroids, a turning Earth, giant words behind the head. Your face stays on screen about half the time, between the full scenes.
  4. No word ever covers your face. The kit tracks your face on every frame and keeps every word under your chin, above your head, or behind it on a cutout of you.
  5. The storyboard is the gate. You see one frame for every beat on one sheet. Nothing renders until you say go.
  6. A sound on every moment, then the checks. Every visual event gets its own sound under your voice, the master lands at minus 14 LUFS, and the kit checks the size, length, loudness and peaks and lays out a frame sheet to compare with the storyboard you approved.
